She was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. She started working as an assistant photographer while she studied advertising in Caracas. Over time, she became an independent photographer.

She moved to New York in 1995 to improve her professional training. There, she worked as an assistant for different renowned photographers as Gilles Bensimon, Walter Chin, Marcelo Krasilcic, Robert Maxwell, Robert Erdmann, Sean Ellis, among others.

In 1999, she became independent and worked on cosmetics campaigns and magazines. She had a presence in DK, Alberta Ferretti, Helmut Lang runways.

In February 2012, she presented her first exhibit “Bloom” in Caracas. There she showed the intimacy of flowers in their natural expression.

Her pictures have been published in magazines like People, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Florida Architecture Magazine, Glamour, Parents, Fitness, Mode, More Magazine, Estampas, as well as Australian, Spanish and Japanese media. Her work has been seen in films such as Lord of War.
